Some custom projects may require a design proof before production. If a proof is provided, please review all names, spelling, dates, colors, placement, and other visible details carefully before approving it.

Because personalized products are made specifically for you, changes or cancellations become more limited once customization or production begins.

For safer transit, the decanter, glasses, and other components may be individually protected during shipping.
