Each presentation set is prepared, personalized, and finished specifically for your order. Please allow 5–7 business daysfor processing unless otherwise noted.

Some custom projects may require a design proof before production. If a proof is provided, please review all names, spelling, dates, colors, placement, and other visible details carefully before approving it.

Because personalized products are made specifically for you, changes or cancellations become more limited once customization or production begins.

Shipping & Presentation

For safer transit, the decanter, glasses, presentation insert, and other components may be individually protected during shipping rather than shipped assembled inside the memory box.

The fitted insert and personalized pieces can be easily arranged inside the memory box upon arrival.
